In bound cannot be faulted. Our plane was delayed 90minutes leaving Stansted. We advised My Transfers by email and received immediate response and our driver was waiting when we arrived at Palma. Outbound, the driver phoned seeking directions to pick up point and to say he was delayed 15mins as a result of traffic problems. He still managed to get us to airport by time allocated by company. This would be 5 stars all the way but the return leg driver was terrible at driving. She was not comfortable With the size of Her vehicle and it was a little scary. Punctual, great service and would Recommend

Drivers arrived punctually with no issue. The company sent an email with a reminder of the pick up times. I would use this service again and have no hesitation in recommending them. Much quicker than a group transfer and better value than booking airlines private transfer.

Everything worked great, we got picked-up 05.30 in the morning in Palma Nova. Driver was on time (even early) and drove us to Palma airport. We will use this company again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better transfer. Our flight was on time, passport control was a little slow and showing QR code detail slow too but the driver was exactly where we were told he would be and within minutes we were out of the airport and on our way. The drive to our accommodation was great and the driver was very friendly and helpful. All in this was a great relief during these difficult days of travelling.
