Very pleased with the service. The driver was late for the pickup but only because of a road accident that created traffic delays. He was very apologetic. Vehicle was clean and presentable. Driver was very helpful with our luggage.
Hi we were picked up late no apology then lunatic of a driver had ongoing road rage battle with a truck Driver then he proceeded to drive everything out of his way hope we don’t get same guy for return trip actually would prefer refund we came for a holiday not to be nearly killed by a maniac needless to say I won’t be using your service again

Very good . Would certainly use again . They had difficulty locating address on outward journey despite having Full address and GPS coordinates. But this aside and being 20 minutes early for return pick so we were rushing it was an excellent transfer and at a good price .

Everything about the transfer was fabulous
Driver was not waiting for us at exit door to terminal building. After a time he walked over the exit door from where he'd parked the car. He had tried to phone us on WhatsApp when we arrived at Palma airport but as my phone did not connect with a network until some time later I did not receive those calls.
Easy to book online and friendly driver met us on time outside airport. Would recommend and use again.
When I ran into difficulty with my flight I found ye were extremely unhelpful because it was only 12hrs notice there was no willingness to be helpful to me and reschedule my collection it's literally just changing a taxi time. I will never use this service again

Really easy top class service. The driver was waiting at the airport when we arrived and delivered us to our door in a very comfortable, air conditioned Merc. I had to adjust the pick up time of the return and once I got through on the phone the staff were helpful and knowledgeable and sorted an earlier pick up which happened with no issue. I would recommend this service.

Everything went perfect. We had to change delivery /pick up site due to problem with the house. The new accomodation was in the same town. We had no problem to change the destination. They were very friendly at the phone and everything worked fine. The transfer was the easiest part on this trip during corona. Thank you and we would book again.
